Hi Christy! So happy that you got your new church to serve! I know how wonderful you are with computers but you do best serving the Lord! The people at Goodyear Heights are very fortunate to have found you. Wait till they hear that LOUD preaching of God's Word. After all He meant for it to be heard! Best wishes and much happiness to you in Ohio. Hope that your family can join you ASAP. May God bless you. Lynn, Elder at Delmont Presbyterian.

Dear Rev. Ramsey, My family and I are looking looking forward to your arrival at GHPC. I was proud to serve on the Pastor Nominating Committee that unanimously decided to present you as our pastoral candidate. We look forward to a bright future for our church under your leadership. I was delighted (but not the least bit surprised) that you were unanimously elected by the congregation as well! I will be praying for you and your family as you prepare for this new chapter in your lives. May God richly bless and guide all of you. See you soon! Pastor Ramsey: I enjoyed reading the contents of your web site and getting a glimpse of who Christy Ramsey is. I am a member of the Goodyear Heights Presbyterian church currently working with our Middle and High School youth in our "Alive" Youth Group and Living Stones Youth Bible study. I want to welcome you back to Akron, Ohio and look forward to working with you in an effort to impact youth's lives for Christ. I look forward to meeting you in person on August 7th. R. Samuel Sapp (Sam) rssam@aol.com ps My wife Anne is somewhat upset with you already. She is an preschool teacher and avid Winnie the Pooh enthusiast. Imagine replacing Winnie the Pooh with Noah's Ark and in a church nursery? (Just kidding!!!)

Hey J. Christy...hello from fellow ex-Rochester,IN survivors...I see you have made it to old stomping grounds...Redstone Presbytery (or as I call it, the place of living hell---my short lived pastorate of Masontown, PA was pure hell...and Redstone Pby did a marvelous job of letting me hang for 2 years without much contact or help.) Anyhow, Diane and I are now in New York City in yet another dysfunctional congregation, but we are actually able to see Christine's family (which includes our grandson Conner) in Queens, as well as Bryan (who just moved out of the manse into his own Brooklyn apt). We are in the Bronx, which is unbelievable. Hey, keep in touch...I hope you find something soon...if you are interested in trying NYC style ministry, there are a lot of openings (mostly small part-time, though). Send a PIF this way if you'd like me to vouch for you! Take care...oh, check out our page...The Richardsons of New York City at: www.jrichardsonproductions.com/family.htm Take care... Jim and Diane (Welty) Richardson, Bronx, New York

Rev. Ramsey, I am Dale Melton from Louisville Seminary. I attempted to send out a Class Year Update to you and your classmates this afternoon. Yours came back with an bad e-mail address that we have. Could I get your new address? Here is what we currently have: dppastor@stargate.net I hope all is well in Greensburg. My daughter lives there with her mother. Peace, Dale Here is what I sent out: Since the recent Class Year Update, we have learned about some updates on your classmates. Enjoy catching up with friends and thinking about the earlier days and times in your own preparation for ministry! ** If this update is the first you have received, it is probably because the Seminary has recently attained your e-mail address. Let me know if you would like to see the other updates sent out prior to this one. 1.) Robert P. Richardson is now interim pastor of the Woodstown Presbyterian Church in Woodstown, NJ, where he has served since April. 2.) Timothy J. Hoyt Duncan offers the following update in his ministry relocation: "I have left Shandon Presbyterian in Columbia, SC, where I have served as associate pastor for the past 13 years, and am now serving the Presbytery of the James as their Associate for Leader Development." Tim began in early August. Thanks, Dale

Christy- I did visit your website earlier today and during my attempt to reach the guest book site, I lost contact with the Internet. I had been removed from the web. Anyway, I was impressed by the site, the photos and the detail that can be communicated by such a tool. Watch upcoming Mondays with Martin for some railing against such technology! See you in Denver ... -mra

Pastor--Your web site is very fine and encompassing. I was browsing the net and like to see what is happening in Latrobe, specifically the Presbyterian Churches. I grew up in the UP Church down the street and to the left (not a political direction, by the way.) I'm with the Confessioning Church Movement--and, yes, I have all my theological marbles in Calvinism. You may wish to go to our web site http://confessingchurches.org/ccpc and click on Forums. Best wishes and warm regards. Dr. Karl M. Everett keverett4@cox.net Norman, Ok
